okay, i've got an LS hatch running about 10 psi .. my best trap to date is only a measely 103.3 mph on falken azenis.. my mod list consists of the following:

t3t4b turbo w/ .48 a/r exhaust and intercooled via 2.5" charge piping, metal dsm BOV, 3" exhaust, inlinepro manifold, tail wastegate, tuned hondata 2b, RC440's, walbro intank, AEM fpr, and RPS extreme clutch..

the engine is still stock, rods, pistons, cams, head and all.. no work as of yet...

question is, how do some of u LS guys run faster traps with similiar setups?? ive heard some guys on here trapping as high as 109.. To me, its all about trap speeds and I wanna at least trap 110 by next spring/summer..

my next upgrade might be a t3t4e 57 trim or t3t4 60-1 turbo.. Also, i'm also considering port and polishing my exhaust ports, but am also wondering if that will help me out noticably..

In the long run though, i do plan on building the bottom end and sleeving it so i can boost 15-20 psi... please let me know what ur thoughts are about my situation... thanks in advance..

 

get some head work ofcoarse, LS heads flow like crap. I might be sellin my extra one.
FErrea over sized valves 1mm over
WEB Titanium retainers and dual valve springs
PP head, i'll even throw in the Intake mani which has been port matched and polished.
new valve seals and guides.

the 60-1 might not help unless your gonna boost the CHIT out of it. Trust me i tried and to much lag. That .48 should be good. Try running on some slicks, should bring traps up a lil.

 

Also matters which intercooler you use, and the grade of fuel. Oh, don't forget the driver. Yeah the head flow does hurt a lot though.
