Default Major adjustment issues with crome

First off I have tried different versions of crome on 3 different computers. It WILL NOT let me adjust rev limiter, 2 step or vtec rpm 99% of the time. Is anybody else having these problems? I will set it to 0 and it will default to the basemap setting. I will change and save, save as a different file with all the same result. This is frustrating. Thanks for any help.

Real time, probably isn't on, make sure that is on..lol Crome's newer versions seem to be a tad bit less buggy, but you should be running a better software..
Neptune or eCtune..
