Someone that has experience with a product that i could listen to. Who made your homemade one and do you have a picture of it and dyno or something to see how it preforms and one more thing your prefprms cuz you know how to drive too </TD></TR></TABLE>

Alot of good stuff here.. I guess I kinda mis-understood what you were saying..

This is the most important thing unless your just comparing dyno plots.. I do agree that one manifold can make more power than another and the fact that a good driver with a shitty manifold would win over a shitty driver with a good manifold.. But you would still want to find out what manifold is better and start with that..

The manifold that I am using is a basic homemade setup where im using a crx hf manifold with an adapter plate.. I do want to try to build my own and see how that works out.. But basically you get what you pay for if you buy it.. The lovefab manifold are some of the best I have see but their not cheap.. The ss autochrome manifold arent built that strong but do perform well for the price..

that is one killer setup is your mai like fullrace or something totally different. My plan right now is that i need to get a new transmission aka i need a 5spd and then i was planning on hondata or uber data, i haven't done my research on really either of them well enough i know the programs just have to learn on them. Ill put the turbo on stock motor for now then havea spare block and build it with rods and pistons for a combo to mke like 325 hp, i think that would be enough but once i go to the darkside who knows. hahaha but who should i look to, to get a manifold i have seen maxrev and spoolin, but not any others. i don't want drag or fmax, i should get a hold of some people locally to see if they would make something for me

also btw I have not seen a decent intake manifold for us f22b1 gusy, you probably would have to do something custom.

I heard the h23 dual runner may fit and I have one here in the garage... as of yet I am not sure it will fit and have not had time to compare gaskets at the parts store.

so stainless is differnt that the steel that you use? but you don't make an equal length or something close to that. i saw when u posted for your shop you had made one for your car but weren't going to make ne more. Your companies is one that i was def looking at, being one of the only having a manifold within a reasonalbe amout of time

no nothing like the ramhorn fullrace design... it was a custom design close to forcethis's manifold but a bit shorter runner and collector.

the 5 speed is the way to go... I love it and it has been very durable thus far. I need more clutch though, the current one is going away.

325 is a good hp goal... it is a very realistic number imo and I am going to try also for close to there next time I get a chance to dyno, with better fuel management/ more boost.

I paid a bit more than you can get something like it for now but... it was an ok price for me at the time.

the manifold, charge piping, dp, and braided stainless oil lines ran be about a 1000 and change... everything is tig welded and either 304 or 321 stainless steel.

I would love to see full race build a street manifold for f22's... maybe someday.

lately more manufacturers and whatnot are seeing the demand for the f22 products so it is slowly starting to catch on. I dont understand why it had such little demand before... and why people never thought they would be a good platform for mods... maybe its cause we are sohc's.

I figured it would be custom fab work needed... so I looked around as much as possible in my area or feasable driving distance... then checked out the person or shops work. I found a pretty good guy who had some great welding skills... so I went to him (he is not making these, he does very few cars besides his own).

he was such a perfectionist it took forever though... In fact I dont think he enjoys making things for others at all... hence the price.

just curious if your manifold clears the front motor mount or is it removed totally ( it is in all the pics is why I am curious)?

looks good though.

the motor mount on that setup is going to be a custom setup.
Although I think if needed be the stock could be haggled to work.

the turbo is just a t3/to4b
