Wanted to make the cold pipe as short in length and easy on the bends as possible for something a little different from the normal IC pipe routing and be more effective and efficient.

look good's but I seem's like you would need a Hump silicone coupler between the IC out and the Trottle body.
you will have frequent pipe blow off due to engine movment.
just thought I would share... nice work BTW, looking really nice for charge loss... lesser bend will inevitable yield lower charge loss...

i am getting the hump hose, that was first on my mind. My motor hardly moves, i love my aftermarket mounts.
i did not have to move the rad at all, just had to use a hammer and some heat. lol

i cant really see, but if that piece of sheet metal thats in back of half the intercooler needs to be cut. it will block the flow if it goes all the way down right behind the intercooler.. trim it up so it stops at the top of the intercooler.
pipes look good, im about to do mine over again. now that i have more time welding, they might actually look nice.lol

Is the Purpose of the Sheet Metal to aid in cooling for the radiator? Or some kind of Heat Shield between the manifold and the intercooler?
The intercooler will only let IN as much air as it can let OUT!

wade, you should make it a backdoor setup, that's even less piping.

i think he was trying to force more air through the radiator

where is your horn? lol i don't like the look of it much, but i guess it's great for short ic pipes. come to think of it....that could allow for 99-00 fog lights especially if you do a backdoor.

i dont care if its uglier then a chlamydia infested calf vagina, it works and gets the job done of keeping the bends out and great for flow.
