hopefully you get this Howard, Art, and Tony. I need the wiring blue print for the older 33xxxx models. I was mistaken and thought this was the newer. hopefully wiring the older 1 like the newer model doesnt mess it up.
but i wired it up as the 42xxxx model and jumped the pin13 with pin 9 and 10 as per tony. the thing is, the module wont get any power. i hooked up the ignition switch first to the radio wire, no power. then i hooked it up straight to the power lead from the engine bay fuse box. still no power to the unit. anybody with knowledge on the pro-10 or have the older blue print would help out a lot. thanks.

oh, and for the trigger wire, i depinned the engine harness and stuck the trigger in the engine harness side with my spare pins. yellow/green wire. and for the tach, i tied into that from the chassis harness side to the straight blue wire. is this correct?
and in the distributor, i pulled the coil, and disconnected the icm(it wouldnt come out). would that cause a problem?

ok, i think i figured out why it wont power up. the 2 main grounds on the plug is blown. so i am wondering, is there a fail safe on the pro-10 unit that wont fry the ground pins on the pro-10 side?

haha, seems like you messaged this around the time you called. but yeah, thanks for looking everybody, i figured it out with some help from art. the pinouts from the old model is completely different from the new model. so if anybody needs help on in, just bump this thread up and i could help you out on it or your dealer can help you out.

yeah, but the harness i built didnt cost me anything other than the raychem i had leftover from my main harness. total cost, $15. but, art's and tony's are shielded, and mine arent. so theres a plus. haha to howard, art, and tony for the help. lets just hope my non shielded wires will be fine in the long run.

 

guess what, i might have to get a harness from art. mines not working. looks like somebody is going to get a call tomorrow. haha
