M@H slicks vs. mickey thompson
i'm on my second set of mickey thompson tires and they seem like the older they get the harder they get. i launch my car at 5800 rpms and all i do is blow the tires off and get some wheel spin going into second. i'm running 24.5/8/13. are the
m@H stickier that the mickey thompson. i know they make a 25/8/13 which would help me out a ton. i have to shift into fifth gear around the 1000 ft mark.

Re: M@H slicks vs. mickey thompson (speedworks)
we have had better experience with the M&H the past few years. I believe the M&H is stickier but doesnt mean the M/T isnt good. I'd choose either.. just look for the size you need and get that from either brands. some say the M&H are lighter though than the M/T

My new set of M&H 25X8X13 grab like a ****. I am really satisfied with them. I can't really compare them to my old set of Mickey Thompsons (24.5X8X13) because I bought them used and was like the third owner, they were pretty beat toward the end of last season. M&H =

I used the M&H 25x8.7x13 just last week for the first time and they hook real good at 500hp. the hook pretty dead in 2nd for me at about 6psi in the tires.

i have 24x9.2x15 M&H's and they suck! they have been hard since the day i bought them and still are after 34 hard runs. They only seem to work when it is bigtime hot(90+).i had someM/T's before on my wife's car and they would try to stick to the ground when i jacked up the car.as soon as i can i am going to buy the new M/T 24.5x8x15.
