Default LS/VTEC Turbo, when to refresh it.

Hi, Like the tittle say, I have my civic ls vtec piston rod combo and built head. The head was refreshed about four months due to a blown H.G. (valve seals, milled for straightness and tested

This engine is build since 2010, and used as weekend warrior. She not sound, the oil press is 80 psi at cold start and a little higher at WOT.

I used King standard bearings rods and mains. My question is necessary to Refresh the bearings every time or as it works fine you let it alone?

Sorry, if is hard to understand LMK, my English is not to well.

B16 head p/p supertech spring, retainers, GSR cams
LS block stock sleeve, srp/eagle 9.0:1
Blox manifold/ Precision 5831E
428whp/291tq @ 18psi

Thanks
Carlos

If the motor was properly built and tuned, you don't have to refresh the bearings.

If you have sufficient oil pressure and everything is working the way it should, then dont touch it. You can refresh the gaskets, etc but i'd leave the rotating assembly alone.

If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
