Im gonna build a all motor bottom end, but i want the compression to be around 11.5 to 1. Right now i have a b18b block stock but I have a b18a that has blown rings I took out of my bros ls. I have a b16 head with skunk2 stage 2 cams, retainers,vavle springs, camgears,manifold, 68mm tb, high compression valves, password carbon intake, rage header and test pipe with 2 1/4 piping and it tuned on crome. The only bottom end mods is an endyne breather kit and findanza flywheel. But what i want to do is build my b18a bottom end with oversized gsr pistons with scat rods and all of it ballenced and a endyne block girdle, cause i want a 10000 rpm screamer. im trying to stay away from getting into the 12s with the compression and with all the compression calaculators the only honda pistons that give me the compression i want is usdm gsr pistons it gives a 11.2 to one with ls rods. but with my valves it will take me to 11.6 to 1 or so. any suggestions on getting that motor built for 11.5 to one compression and to rev up to 10000 safely.
