Ls/vtec build?

Have a b18b1 block.. New b16 head with 3 angle valve job! Stock bore, forged rods forged pistons and forged crank! 9:1 compression precision 62/62 ball bearing turbo new!!! What cams/ injectors would best suit my build? Also axles? Fuel pump?

Ls/vtec isn't new BUT I do see a new ls/vtec thread at least 3 times a week asking the same thing
