i am looking to build an ls vtec motor and i was wondering if it would be smarter for me to buy the b18b full change over swap from hmotors and add a vtec head later, or should i buy a block, pistons, crank, etc. separately. and if i buy seperate what wiring harness do i get and what tranny and what head?

 

what are you trying to do?
keeping in mind this IS the FI section.

I know lots of peopel have ran an ls-vtec turboed and gotten tons of power from them. in stock form. so something to think about.

 

If you have the know how to build it yourself it would be cheaper to piece it together. Especially if you are not in a rush so you can shop around for parts
