Default LS-V boosted overheating issue

Hi guys, i used the search and found some similiar threads but none of the actual people who started them responded back with what the cure was to thier actual problem......so here it goes......i have a boosted ls-v that recently got tuned and everything went fine, i dont daily the ride but when im on the freeway it runs strong and everything is good, but when i hit the streets and have to stop and go, it starts to run real hot. I have a new radiator, new hoses (top and bottom), new mugen radiator cap. i put in a mugen thermostat and mugen fan switch probably like a year ago, which i bought both brand new.......thinking of taking the thermostat out totally...

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, and i promise to report back if i end up finding out what the problem is..............thanks guys!
