my dilema...which turbo for me, please help
ok i have a pretty nice set up my buddy installed for me. just 5000 miles on her. but i found out that i have a cheapy ebay turbo.
so its a b16a t3/t4 turbo unkown trim but small
kms valve springs + retainers
je pistons 10:1
stock bore and sleeves
eagle rods
arp head bolts
acl race bearings
crank shaved and micropolished
balanced assembly
exedy flywheel
type r mani and tb
tial wastegate with .6bar spring
hondata intake mani gasket
ngk plugs and wires
ramhorn turbo mani
b16 cams
2.5 downpipe w/3 inch exhaust w/ vibrant straight through muffler/resonator
its a great set up and put out 351whp with church with some boost creep. but the problem is i just found out that it has an ebay turbo which i never noticed. i know these things are not known for their longevity so i want to replace it with something decent and get a larger downpipe. the problem is i need it to fit my turbo mani. my turbo now is small and spools up quick and i beleive contributes to my boost creep. i would like a larger turbo that may use less boost to make similar power.
i love feeling that this little b16 feels like a ***** cat off boost but screams when i hit it. i would like a turbo that would take alittle longer to spool and then rip it when vtec hits. i would like your advice on what would be a good turbo for this high compression setup.

i feel like the weak part of my hatch is the turbo and downpipe. any advice would help. thank you. the reason i want it to fit the t3/t4 is becasue of the turbo mani and the location of the wg on it and dump tube.
and i would like to hit around that 375-400whp mark with new turbo,downpipe and skunk2 tuner 1 cams.
the truth is im not sure how to understand the trims and a/r so im looking for a round about area im looking at. but looking at garrett turbos or some others people are selling on here. yes im new to this.

just get same turbo specs through garrett or peak boost then.
i suggest peak boost t3/t4 60trim.. made 388@16psi on my friends stock
b18c1.
