Default LS Turbo ( LS engine question)

I am about to purchase a b18b motor with auto transmission into my ek which is 5 speed. I am going to use gsr or si tranny on my setup, what is needed to change the ls auto to manual, or is it pretty much dump the auto and install the b16 tranny and go? Thanx/

there is a lot more than that. i did the same thing, yes you need clutch, flywheel, flywheel bolts, shift linkage, also need a starter the auto wont work and you will need a different rear motor mount too. it was a is a lot of work, it would have been cheaper if i would have bought a 5 speed but i bought new honda OEM stuff. just search. thats all i can remember its been a while since i swapped my motor out.
