Define "a little extra power".

Please read the FAQs at the top of the forum.
Check the B18B/A1 LS turbo forums for setups that look similar to what you're looking to achieve.

Have you even bothered reading and researching? near the bottom of the first page is this

https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/lst-ls-t-turbo-b18a-b18b-setups-1323059/

The ls turbo thread, read it and the FAQs, multiple times.

we don't spoon feed the new guy here as it doesn't help you at all.

do your reserche at faqs

if little extra power is 50-100 hp, stock engine and stock CR is ok.

the only think you will need is new exhaust, a 30-40 lb/min turbo with oil lines, larger injectors, ecu remap, better clutch, intercooler kit (you can buy a bolt on from ebay), EGT or wide band O2 and a boost gauge.

Breathe ability is the key to a motors horsepower but not necessarily its survival. Just make sure whatever you put on your car your block/head can handle it. I won't go into detail about what part of the block/head can take what because it varies from motor age and wear. I will leave the educated guessing part to you if you decided to boost a motor on stock guts.
