Default LS Turbo Help!!

I just got my turbo put in my integra 2 weeks ago. Its an Ls and here is what i got
-3" charge pipe to 2" ic piping
-t3/t4 turbonetics turbo
-small front mount intercooler
-255 Walbro fuel pump
-35mm Tial wastegate
-3" downpipe
-Blitz BOV
-450cc DSM injectors
-Hondata S200
*************Now here's the problem*************
I had it tuned 2 times and when i go to hit full throttle and even half it breaks up ALOT??? Even more when i go to hit full throttle, am i flooding out??? Leaning out?? I dont know whats going on and its very slugish? I had NGK 5 heat range plugs in on first tune and it wasnt that bad but still broke up alot... than i put in NGK 6 heat range spark plugs and its worse but that was after the second tune?? Can someone give me some guidance here?? Id appreciate it. Thanks

run Vpower NGK's but 5 and 6 u dont need get 8's.....
how many lbs u pushing? gap should be between 20-30....
also u might want to change teh 3" charge pipe to a 2.5....u are losing power there
