Default LS Turbo Comp Ratio

im boosting an b18b and was wondering if i could run a lower compression ratio before boost. i think stock compression is 9.4 to 1. would it be best to run 9.2:1 or should i run 8.5:1. the reason i ask is because im building an ls to run on just motor until i can afford the turbo parts etc. anybody know?

just leave the comp ratio the way it is, i believe it is 9:1 which is good for boost because 8.5:1 you lose some bottom end power.

The way it is should be fine. Not to much not to little. What are your power goals?
