I hate this question more than any other i can think of at the moment.
If you're looking for 250-300whp, run on a stock block. If you have to stay within the constraints of the stock MAP sensor, then you need to worry about finding a turbo that not only meets your power goals, but stays under 11psi. Personally i would recommend the tried and true 57 trim or a variant of it. If you PM TheShodan, he can set you up with something that'll work wonders for your setup. I had a GT3255b built by him and not only did i have full boost by 3800rpm, I also made 315whp/216wtq at 10.5psi. Its worth checking out
