Default Final Prep Question For Turbo

i am putting a Peakboost Turbo Kit, tune on S300, Precision 1000cc Injectors...only looking to boost max 10 psi, maybe 8 to play it safe...looking to get into low to mid 300whp for numbers... its going on a B18c1 that only has S2 IM and S2 TB...to go with the turbo im gonna throw on ARP Studs...wanted to ask if there are any other parts i should look into to boost on a stock block and head to make it more reliable for the time being?...thanks in advance.

You probably already have a Walbro fuel pump and colder plugs I assume. As long as your engine is in good condition and everything is installed properly, then just make sure the tune is conservative. Im not sure if you will get low to mid 300's on just 8-10 psi, it depends on what turbo you have, might need a map sensor.

i wouldnt bother with the studs, but thats me. 1000cc injectors are overkill but if you already have them then why not. im guessing you plan on building the motor for the future? if so save the studs for when you build the block.

1000cc injectors are way to much, i'd sell them and get something a bit smaller. For what you are trying to do DSM 450's or something bigger might be benificial. You will just have to wire in a resistor box if you use DSM injectors because they are peak and hold injectors.
