LS pistons?

Re: LS pistons? (HickamHatch)
actully the ls 90-99pistons will fit right on the b16 rod with no modification...only the b18a's and b18b's 90-99 the gsr or type r pistons wont fit without modification to the rod which weakens the rod....so not a good idea
ls pistons on b16 rods .......been there and done that.... it works really well...
.it drops the b16 comp ratio to just shy of a 9to1 ....great compression for boost....with stock head gasket...
but resurface your head...and deck the block and youll have a 9to1..with an OEM head gasket...
good luck guys

Re: LS pistons? (turbosol_16)
b16 pistons pr3's and jdm b16 p30 pistons will go right on the b16 rod... to give a cheap all motor build on an ls too.... built one LS with the p30's and it ran like a raped ape with bolt ons...... beat up my buddys gsr with boltons with that setup
