Default Ls or Ls/Vtec Turbo?

Hi, im going to build a block and I wanted some input on whitch head to use.

The block is going to have:

RS Sleeves
CP 9.0:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods
Honda Bearings
Type R Oil Pump

Now I can use my b16 head which has:

SS Valves
Valve Springs
Retainers
GSR Cams
Cam Gears
Port and Polish

Or I can use my LS head which has:

Stock Valves
Valve Springs
Retainers
B18B1 Cams
Cam Gears

I want to know:

What the power output should be with each setup?

Which would be more reliable?

If you already have the B16 head, I would just spend the extra money and get the GE conversion kit and call it a day, but thats just me.

There are way too many varibles that would come into play and would also depend on your setup and goals but all in all the B16 head will make more HP as it sits now

Again, way too many varibles and it all depends on how well everything is built and importantly, how its tuned.
