Default ls crank is gsr block.

I have a friend that will sell me a ls crank really cheap.Its the b18a. would it be worth it to put a ls crank in a gsr block ? What all needs to be done ? thanks

will fit. Engine girlde may need to be notched a bit to clear the rods.

You gain about 30-40 additional CC's of displacement, and your power curve changes from peak power around 6600rpms to 3750 rpms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Edit: this would be the best LS/Vtec you can make!!! NO external oil lines, no mating one head to different block just more power, sooner!!

I was wondering that also. If LS rods and crank were used would it still rev as high and make power at high rpm.
