you can order your self up a cometic .054 gasket or .063 MLS gasket to drop compression but really there is no need to drop any compression on a LS motor

I have hear of people putting larger cosmetic gaskets on and even some people using arp head studs to hold it down and 2 oem gaskets on top of each other. but LS compession is already low enough

Here in Germany a lot of people lower theire compression ratio wit a metal plate between two head gaskets.
Here it is very commen and to get for just a little money and proven also.
The few guys here that run turbo on Honda (VW is much more commen) run really low CR (round 7.5 - 9).
The main reason seems to be that pistons are not easy to get and we have to import the most parts.

I donīt have a link for that, but if you give me your E-mail I can send you a picture. I and some friends of me used that way of lowering CR sixtimes and had never any problems. In so far, that a fiend of mine works at a CNC company and we have the program on PC it is very cheap for us. In dollars just roundabout 50USD.

The gaskets from InlinePro are very similar to the Cometic ones. I am running a .074 cometic in my motor and haven't had any problems at all. Lowers the CR about 1.5 points. You should need anything that big though.
