I would check to make sure the ecu and the actual measured voltage is the same.

If you are only getting 11v probably a bad regulator on the alternator. I would get that checked out.

Check your battery fuse in the under hood fuse box and the alternator field fuse in the cabin fuse box

Do a load test on your battery with a multimeter.
If the battery has less than 12v with the car off you most likely have a bad cell in the battery.

Be sure to check all your connections period. Sometimes it's a bad ground that is creating problems with low voltage.

Double check the main wire from the alt to the battery. If thats fine then its the regulator. Isnt datalogging great for troubleshooting problems?

If im reading the datalogs correctly, your only having a low voltage problem higher in the RPM's, so I would check the belt, if the belt is fine, I would replace the voltage regulator/ALT
