Default low compression test numbers good for boost

I just did my compression test on b18c 160 across the board I added a cap full of oil and got 190-195 across the board. Do you guys think this motor is healthy enough for boost.

TIA
Chris

cyl 1 160/195 cap of oil
cyl 2 160/195
cyl 3 160/190
cyl 4 160/190

Yes. Those are normal compression numbers. You should only be worried if the numbers vary more than 15% from each cyl.

I never heard of the "cap of oil" method, explain please?

It is common method to see if the compression rises with some oil sealing the rings.Boost that thing too its consistent and that is good enough.

when doing a compression test after the intial test you can put a lil oil in each cylinder and test again, depending on the difference of numbers for the second test kinda of tells you how worn your rings are.......
