Low boost turbo's?

I'm looking for a low boost turbo, 4-5psi to use on a b20, any recomendations?
or does anyone know if a t3/t4 will do the job?

The best low boost turbo that I have used is the V-trim. It moves alot of air at the lower boost ranges. I know it will support over 230whp at 7psi and 300whp at 10psi.
