lot of oil coming out downpipe.. please help..
ok so heres the deal i started my car last weekend and the turbo i had on there started pissin oil out the exhaust side, i figured it was the turbo that was bad so i got a turbo from my buddy that was brand new... well i just started my car with that one on and its doing the same thing... i took the manifold off and saw this.. the head was just had new valves and seals put in it, what could be the problem?

I'm no expert, but it looks like to me that you need to clock your center section so the oil is pretty much going striaght in and out.
The way you have it, looks like it's on an angle. Give that a try.

headgasket installed wrong/upside down?
valve seals are kinda hard to mess up unless the machine shop you used are a bunch of hacks who dont know wtf they are doing......

Sounds like the head gasket. What did you have done at the machine shop? Was it checked for straightness? New head gasket <U>and</U> studs?

WOW i never thought bout the head gasklet bein upside down.. im going to tear the head off now and im gonna kick the **** outta myself if thats the problem! i let u guys know in a few hours if im a frikkin dumbass! lol.

The head was done but the block was not? The block could have been warped and with the head just being done and resurfaced it is not laying flat on the block. So this could be why your head gasket can not seal. You are supposed to have the block decked if you are having the head resurfaced. It is not always a must but it is the right way.

i reallt doubt the block could be that warped to leak oil like that , but i would have to say its valve seal , there were the last thing touched ,
