Default lossing power on turbo setup

ok like it saids on the title im lossing power when i hit the gas all the way. im boosting 9psi. why is this happening any ideas, here is my setup:
B18b
srp pistons 9:1
eagle rods
port & pol head
blockgard
fuel pump
370cc injectors
Chipped ECU
Garrett t3/t4 TB0356 turbo
Greddy IC
XS turbo manifold
turboxs Blow Off Valve Type H
skunk 2 cam gears
turbonetics deltagate
Golden Eagle Vacuum Manifold

have any idea where your AFR is?
is the engine sound? is the compression ok?

yea, you could have popped a ringland... does it smoke?
you could be running too rich or you cuold be running too lean

if i hit the gas half way it has more power that if open at full throttle. i could have a leak in the piping.
how do i check for leaks in the piping?

so you dont have an dmu? that problem sounds typical of an fmu.... now that you said that i know what your problem is.... its running to rich at wot... has it been tuned yet?

You need to tune it ASAP. I would never drive around on a basemap, they run way too rich.

thats way.... a basemap runs really really rich.... my first post was get it tuned....
