Looking 4 A Semi-Buit DD..
Just Curious What Kind of Numbers Can I Expect 2 See On A OBD2 GSR, Stock Internals & A Carb Legal Bolt Turbo Kit? Tuned 2 Around 8-10 PSI. Keep In Mind I Say Carb Legal Cuz Im From Cali..
And I Dont Have The $ 4 A Full-Built 20 PSI Street Sniper... Yet

Is There A Reason That The First Letter Of Every Word Is Capitalized?
Which turbo kit? That makes much more difference than what pressure you intend to run it at.

If you get the intercooler as well as the kit (assuming you're thinking Greddy), you could expect between 200-250whp, depending on your other parts.
Your best option is to get ITR cams and the exhaust, since those can be installed and still make it legal yet give you the best bang for the buck with the turbo.
