Default Load differences with people in the car??

I was wondering if there is any danger in boosting with more people in the car? Not a car full of five people, but most likely three including the driver.

I would assume that if it was tuned with a certain load on it adding more weight might throw the tune off, but I was just wondering about real world experiences..
