Which LMA's to get?
I believe my LMA's went bad, since my valvetrain is very noise even after checking my valve adjustment....anyway my engine head is a B16a2, rockers are b16a2, aftermarket valves/retainer/spring valves for b16, cams are 2001 ITR's
Now I don’t know which LMA's to use (dont even know which LMAs were put by the builder from the 1st place), should I use the ITR LMA's since the cams I have are ITR's or use the B16a2 LMA's since the rocker/valvetrain is b16a2? lol I know both fit but which is the right one in my situation. Am asking because I heard LMA's differ in sizes

I would use they Endyn LMA's that they offer, they are $100 a set from what I remember. Or you can use Prelude LMA's with a Shim to bring them up to the proper height.
If you are stuck on B16 or ITR's defiately get the ITR LMA's.

Endynes will be good, also the new B16 style is just like the prelude a spring style with the shim already in place so no need to try and find proper washers to use. IMO the endyne will be cheapest but nothing beats OEM.
im having the same issue with my gsr head but mine is lack of oiling not pumping up the lma's. i just havent had time to pull the head and tear it down to clean the oil galley's to the lma's. im thinking i might just leave it and get the spring type.
