lets begin fixing my engine
Well.....after thinking and telefonating I decided to let my car on the trailer and bring it to my tuner to Vienna tomorrow (about 2.5 hours to drive). He will take appart my engine part for part and check + recheck all the parts if they are damaged or worn. I can come and watch when he is working on my engine, thats pretty cool. He has lots of other motors in his shop under work like Aston Martin, Nissan, Mustang, BMW, Opel....... So I trust him. But mostly he works on engines for the rally scene like Suzuki with 1.3 litre engines putting out 176bhp n/a
IŽll follow his instruction where to set the compression ratio and the amount of boost. HeŽll make me a speacial plate between the SC and the intake manifold to bring the air temp down. Hell, the air temp sensor showed +80 degrees C in the intake manifold under full load with 8psi boost. That is kinda HOT.
PS: I decided to let this work do someone other, cause I canŽt see no more bolts, hoses, oil, etc. ..and I have not the special tools for things like make this plate to lower air temp, port & polishing, etc.

Good luck. Good to hear you have a good tuner to help you out. Maybe you should invest in something like an aftercooler or water injection?
