Default Leave the head stock? Help please!

I am building my bottom end right now and basically what it boils down to is whether or not i should build up my head right now also. The car wont be seeing any sort of boost until probably august. So i am thinking maybe i should put my money elsewhere for the time being and wait until like july to build my head? this is on a b18c1 sleeved and bored out to 84mm. I have heard the head can flow over 400whp pretty well. would i be wise to put my money elsewhere in the project to get it running sooner? or should i just build it now?

My head work will consist of ITR springs Titanium retainers, and ferrera valves

i would just use a stock gsr casting, many people make lots of horsepower with that setup!

That looks good. ITR springs are good for 9k but I don't know how far past that you can take them w/ big boost. Don't bother going to an oversized valve or doing serious head porting, like lazerus said the stock casting works really well.

I agree with Chris, but if you got some cash you might want to get SuperTech Springs/retainers and maybe valves - so you can rev away and be very happy. I did this and I upgraded to GSR cams from my old B16's.
