Default leaky racegate how to fix

I jsut put on my new Turbonetics RAcegate that i had laying around for a while and it leaks. It don leak much but if you hold your hand under the dump tube you can feel the exhaust and even slightly hear it. I have made sure i tightened all the bolts and it still leaks. Today i tried using some valve grinding compound around the opening of the wastegate and i got a nice even new seat cut on it. Trouble is it still leaks. Is there anyone who had this problem before or any recomendations on how to fix this.

if i am understanding your situation correctly, that is just your wastegate dumping off excess boost through the opening the dumptube is connected to, thats normal. its a WHOOOSH sound somewhat, i know mine is loud as ****.
