Default Largest bore "Off the shelf piston" for a Dseries?

I need some help from someone with experiance on the subject, what exactly is "off the shelf piston". For D series, im guessing that be .20 over the 75mm since thats all I can find. I belive is what it means. I just wondered what the largest bore shelf piston anyone has seen for a D series since the only ones I have are 75mm or .20. Sorry for the newbie post, just a bit confused on it. Thanks,
Matt

.20 is pretty much about the largest you wanna go on a smaller D series man, the more you bore that thing out the thinner the walls are gonna be and the more problems you're gonna see.

.20 is pretty much the largest standard for the oversizing with the D series so to speak...I'm not sure if anyone runs a larger bore than that anyone?

If you sleeve the D, 78mm can be done but you would need to order custom pistons

.20" (.5mm) larger is typically the biggest you can get without going custom. Bryson here on h-t had a set of custom 78mm JE pistons made. Those pistons cannot be used with stock sleeves.

D16Z6 Stock Bore 75mm - Stroke 90
81mm - 1855.3L
80mm - 1809.8L
79mm - 1764.8L
78mm - 1720.4L
77mm- 1676.6L

80mm would be truly pushing the limits being turbo'd, I don't think anyone recommends going more then 78mm althrough I'd like to go 79mm.
