kteller exhaust kit question
hey guys, well I would have been driving around last weekend but as I started welding up the exhaust I found that I'm missing the 3 bolt flange to mate up with the down pipe. plus I ran out of welding gas anyway... always something
can anyone tell me if this 3 bolt flange comes with the kteller kit?

Re: kteller exhaust kit question (tub_sephiroth)
yeah ok, my kit came with two of the 2 bolt flanges... used them to make two sections out of the full catback. you have to in order to be able to pull the exhaust off without dropping the rear LCA...
damn that sucks, it says the kit comes with ALL flanges/hangers needed for catback. I'm supprised no one else had problems like this with their kit..??
where's the kteller exhaust band waggon crew?

Those two flanges was meant to be welded at the beginning of the b-pipe that connects to your test pipe/cat. The rest of the piping was originally meant by them to slip over the other and use their clamps that they provided. I did the same thing, except I bought extra flanges, know that they were only going to supply two flanges.

The 2bolt ones they give you are for the cat->exhaust connection. I used the 2bolt ones for the connection directly from the muffler->piping, and I bought 2 3bolt flanges at a muffler shop for $5 each to use for the DP->exhaust.
I didn't use any of the clamps... I just ended up welding everything:

Re: kteller exhaust kit question (dustin)
ok cool, at least I'm not the only one... I already have a DP no cat with the 3 bolt flange on it. I just wish there were a parts list on these kits...
so I spent most of my day trying to find a local flange so I don't have to wait on ordered parts AGAIN! I only found a distributer company that doesnt sell retail hopefully I can knock on their door just for this $5 freakin part.
