Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
I’m getting ready to start the process of a custom Procharger set up on my GSR, not the standard kit they offer. Definitely taking cues from this set up so thank you for the build updates

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
chiming in to see if anyone has any feedback as i'm thinking of purchasing a kit for my stock Jap spec ITR. Motor is internally stock but will be getting a fresh rebuild soon with oem parts and nippon oem ITR pistons which can handle more than the supercharger can make for sure. As far as street driving and fun to drive factor is everyone still enjoying this kit or are you finding yourself wanting more out of it?
Just don't know whether the C30-94 kit is enough or should I go with the MVR kit from Motorvations with the C38 charger or just keep the ITR fairly stock with minor bolt ons and forget about the Kraftwerks kit. If anyone has any vids or cares to give an in depth review i'm all ears.

Just got my KW setup tuned at Innovative Motorworks yesterday. Trying to figure out how to post pictures, I have the dyno plot and pictures of the ITR I want to post.
Numbers:
298 whp
192 wtq
Setup:
1997 integra Type R #0305
-Stock ITR B18C
-GSR 138.6mm OEM crank pulley
-Stock ITR transmission
-Setrab/Greddy thermostatically controlled oiled cooler
-KW C30-94 kit with 120mm pulley
-Go-Autoworks piping and intake kit w/AEM dryflow filter
-Edelbrock intercooler
-Endyn breather system
-Omni 4bar MAP
-Neptune RTP
-Skunk2 Alpha V2 header
-Flowmaster 2.5" HF cat
-Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust
-Mishimoto radiator (not thrilled - the cap sucked and fan shroud sucked)
-Spoon thermostat
-New OEM fan switch (Had mishimoto Tstat and fan switch - one or both let go and I replaced all the mishimoto parts aside from the rad)
-Edelbrock Honda/Flex-a-lite fan

Reporting back in with a follow up. After a year + of ownership, one track day (ITR Expo) and about 1200 miles total, the setup has had zero issues. The setup was really great on the road course and I suspect it would do fantastic in rally and auto-X as well (would really love to have one of these on a rally cross setup). The kit is also very streetable and maintenance has been no issue for me.

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
I've just got mine up and running, stock B16A2 with a kraftwerks kit on it.
110mm supercharger pulley with a B20 crank pulley, it made 210kw on a hub dyno which isn't too bad for a little stock engine, pretty happy with it and it sure does get up and boogies, no problems with belt slippage all the way up to redline with the tensioner mod done.

No dyno chart, unfortunately. Didn't get a chance to grab one although I do have videos that I can screenshot off? Lol
it made around 250nm of torque which I feel is plenty out of a B16 in an EM1.

I actually don't, it all got deleted off my icloud account dammit!
does anyone happen to know what type of belt this supercharger kit takes? one of the tensioners bearings collapsed and it chewed up the belt.
A 5Dpk1435 belt is quite hard to get in australia so is anyone else running any other types of belts? I really don't want to purchase off kraftwerks and wait up to 4 weeks for it to arrive!

Interesting... haven't seen one on a DOHC ZC yet. My suspicion is it will make just slightly less than a B18A/B with the same blower on it. The only concern I would have is how the stock ZC connecting rod would survive this power level.

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
The ZC was bottom end was built by Endyn back in like 04'ish.. It has Endyn spec eagle rods and Endyn rollerwave ZC pistons so I am not worried about it holding the power. It has been running an Apexi Turbo kit for the last 15 yrs but the IHI turbo seals are starting to go I think. The compression is pretty low at 8.79:1 - which is my primary concern. If it doesn't make much power I will probably look into an A6, Z6, or might go B-Series.

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
I just got one of these kits and mounted it it to the b20 I'm trying to use. I tried to install the belt but the belt is way to short. i made sure i have the correct belt that is about 56.6 inches long. I used string to measure what i need and i got about 58.5 inches with the adjustment all the way in. Am i overlooking something stupid i have done or what?

I'm using the 120mm pulley thag I got with the kit. I tried using my b20 crank pulley with no luck. Then I switched to a b18b pulley but its only about .5 in circumstance smaller so the belt is still to short.

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
The kit is designed to be used with a GSR crank pulley. Using the larger LS (or worse, the CRV) crank pulley creates the situation that you have encountered with the belt being too short... and there are not alternative belt choices because double-sided belts are almost non existent. Do you have a straight B20 (non VTEC) or a B20/VTEC engine ? What redline do you intend to reach ?

Re: KraftWerks B-Series Race Supercharger Kit (Unbelievable Gains!)
How much smaller is the gsr crank pulley than the ls pulley? Ill try to find one of those. Its a stock b20 and im thinking jjst running it to 7k. Don't want to blow the motor like I see people try to overrev these. Its a track only racecar so I was thinking b20 for the torque and the supercharer should give me just a little more help along the way. I dont want to go turbo like everyone always says to me.
