Knock Knock
Alright, one day gonig to my Moms house i was just crusing and my car started to stutter real bad and my wideband read rich which means its below 10 A/F, so i pressed in the clutch and it died. So i let it coast to my Moms road and tried to start it and it wouldnt start, so i let it sit for a few and it started right up but felt like it was running on 3 cylinders. Got to my Moms and it was running fine but the freakin temp gauge was above hlaf way and it was knocking. Found the spark plug in number 3 was fried, the electrode was melting and it was all black but the rest were perfectly fine, but i swapped them all out anyway. Did a compression test and it was all gravy but it still knocks to this very day almost 2 months ago and it is still kicking, even ran a 14.6. Any ideas guys. I do have smoke when i first start it in the morning and i think its a bad valve seal lekaing oil down into the cylinders, it doesnt smoke after it warms up, but last night it kinda gave soem white smoke when i was going from as top light someone told me but it is cold here in ohio.
Set up is F22B2, VAFC, DSM 440cc blue tops, Aeromotive FPR, Walbro in tank, Wideband tuned to 12.9 A/F, two degree colder plugs, timing retarded at the dizzy to the max.Running 6psi
