Airflow = (2/1000)*0.9*(R/E)*S*(303/360)*146.5
ok guys. 1 problem that graph is in m^3s . which converts to CFM 208 CFM @ .10 m^3s
now how do i get psi off that X axis?

You don't get PSI off of the X axis. On the X axis is compressor flow, usually measured in LB/MIN. On the Y axis is pressure ratio.
Pressure Ratio = (Boost Pressure + 14.7) / 14.7
For example, boost = 7.3 psi. PR = 1.5
