Since people were asking me to...i decided to get off my lazy *** and post up my dyno chart using the UberChip. This was at 9 psi with low compression pistons (8.8:1) with 155-160psi across the board. first one was untuned...while the second one is tuned.

no it's correct...the first one was untuned...look carefully at the power curve on the first one and compare it to the second one. it starts to drop super early!! while the second one would of kept climbing

MPRacing equal length manifold, T3/T04e .63/.60 .57 trim turbo, deltagate WG, Type-S BOV, Tyrus Intercooler, custom 2 1/4" IC piping, custom 2 1/2" dp, Race cat, restrictive 2 1/4" exhaust, DSM 440cc injectors, B&M fpr, MSD 6AL w blaster coil, S-AFC. Again, the nasty pic of my nasty engine bay...lol
i think that's it.

That's pretty good for that setup, stock intake mani and small exhaust. First chart looked pretty spikey, what filter did they use for viewing, could you hear it detonate up top?

yeah it was detonating pretty badly...but the thing was, you couldn't even hear or feel it??!!??!! that was the weird part!! well, actually you could hear it once you let off the gas...

You can see detonation/missfires on dyno software, quick drops in measurements taken on rollers.

considering i'm running an ls, 8.8:1 compression, -1* per lb of boost, and 2 1/4" exhaust, that is a good number. bump up my compression, run 3" piping all the way, and run -.50* per lb of boost and i'm sure i'd be close to 250+whp. my setup is built for BOOST, it's made to make the turbo work...not the motor. anyway, the spec on the turbo is: T3/T04E .63 turbine/.60 compressor .57 trim for those of you who wanted to know.

I'm glad to hear someone else with that philosophy. the way I see it is make the turbo work and not the motor. It's like although your 9PSI # might not be that impressive you will be able to run at least 1 BAR on a daily basis especially with those slugs in there 8.8:1. I'm not too good with turbo specs but I bet that turbo isn't really that efficient at 9PSI? post your numbers when you turn it up!!
I wanna see a 18psi graph!
