IIRC it might be a Full-Race manifold ceramic coated, but I'm pretty sure it's not an OBX.
Nice setup, one of the reasons for low compression is if it had zero miles on it the rings havn't seated yet so you arn't getting perfect or even great compression. Didn't read your post, I feel smart
