Default Just questions...

Hi there everyone. I am out of USA and interested in boosting honda civic with B16A2.. I have searched the forum and other websites for a long time. However i have a few questions, because i have no experience in real life. I want a streetable, reliable, quick spooling, 300hp boosted car. I think full-race, neukin or crfab equallength manifold; AEM EMS for the engine management, precision or spearco intercooler, 3 inch downpipe, 3 inch exhaust system; Arias,Cp or Wiseco 9.0:1 pistons; Eagle H-beam rods, Arp headstuds; Crower valve springs and retainers, AEM wideband; Sparkplugs and 550 cc injectors, etc... My main concern is about the turbo... I think Precision SC34 or garret Gt28RS or T3/T4OE or T3/T60-1 ... I couldn't figure out which one should i use and do i need sleeve the block for 300hp or just the blockguard is enough? I am open every different suggestions for my setup and goal... Thanks a lot and every idea and experiences are welcome..

GT28RS is good for that power level. As far as sleeving and blockguard are concerned you shouldn't need either. Everything else looks good.
