Default just got tuned but having missfire problem

ok well i jus got tuned and car ran great on the dyno everything went perfect and when we pulled the car off the dyno we started it again and it was misfiring so we changed the cap and rotor and ran fine after that. well I took it for a drive and on my way back home it started misfiring again so i checked the cap and it was fine then i changed the plugs and it ran fine for a day then on my way home from work it ran great but i stopped at the store and when i went to start it it went back to misfiring!! so not sure if its the plugs or cap and rotor again?? but keep in mind there both a day old and have only driven the car from work to home.

set up:

LsVtec stock sleeves
cp's eagle,ACL
B16 head
supertech valve train
gt30r
hondata s300
350hp
and they tuned it on R5671A-9
GT30r
and i am still running these plugs but i am wondering if i should change to BRKE-7's??

maybe the plugs are fouling out on start-up.
Check your startup fuel settings.

make sure your dizzy is set to 16* TDC
check the plugs
try a basemap and see if it's the tuners fault
