What would you reccomend for engine managment? I have a similar setup, 2000 civic si, and a drag kits turbokit that has an FMU.I have a Apex-I, VAfC-II and an AVCR waiting to go in??

Uberdata and Crome are free, Hondata is more, AEM even more, I consider all of those real engine management.

so these you think are a better option then what I have waiting to go in?? But they have to be better than the basic fmu setup right? And where would you reccomend I look to get the uberdata setup or Chrome??

Well, you need to do some research, yes theyre better than what you have because it looks like you're planning to run an FMU or the AFC hack, which are ok but when there are better and cheaper alternatives out there I dont see why you would. Since you're obd2 you're going to have to convert to obd1 and get in contact with someone near you who chips ecu's and tunes cars. Sorry to hijack the original poster's thread.
