Default jumped timing??? Please Look!!!

what is an easy way of telling if you have jumped timing or not....the car ran fine 2 days ago and i try starting it up today, and it sounds like its running on 2 cylinders, wont keep idle, and if i keep it rev'ed, it sounds like a lawnmower...

there are Skunk2 cam gears installed but I cant tell if the dots on the tooth end are marks for TDC....

PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!

put cylinder 1 at TDC and pull the valve cover... if the gears aren't at the top they are out of timing

the dot on the tooth, just above the degree lines on the gear is what you want pointed straight up

Same thing happened to a friend of mine. The gears don't come tight, so ya gotta check them before you put them on. Glad you got it fixed.
