That's the worst idea for a cable bracket ever.
If I were you I'd take the roller off and smooth and polish it to prevent it from causing wear on the cable. I'd also lube the cable in that area and the roller often to ensure smooth movement of the cable and roller

Not that I know of, unless you route the cable under the supercharger.

What's causing it to fray is that extreme 90 degree turn on top of the blower then the turn to wrap around the throttle body. Plus the vibrations of the motor will cause the cable to rub on the roller, causing premature wear. When you get a new cable, do what I said above, remove the roller, smooth it out and polish it... no doubt the frayed cable has caused damage to the roller.

Also if you keep this configuration, you need to remove the roller and put high temp red grease, or anti seiEnside the mounting hole as well as the bolt. Also keep the exposed cable lubricated (I'd use the same grease/anti sieze because it will stick to the cable and stay, might be a little messy at first but it will help.

Edit: 15,000th post yay

The cable you are looking for is a factory EM1 cable.

My supercharger did not come with a bracket so I made one.
