Default JRSCed LS stalling problem....Please Help!!!!!

Don't Yell at me about searching, I did a bunch of searches but didn't come up with an answer.

Anyway, This just started two weeks ago.
I live in Florida and in the morning (while the sun is still down and it's cool out) the car will run fine....No Stalling
In the afternoon or evening while it's still muggie out....When I come up to a light or stop and take the car out of gear....It want's to stall 9/10 of the time.
The Idle drops so fast that it seems the ICV doesn't have time to catch it's self, and drops all the way down in idle.

Sometimes it'll catch and stay running, But mostly it will die.
Last week I had a dead battery (my fault), So I took the car to the parts store and had the Batt. tested..........It was fine.
The Battery had a full charge and for a week and it didn't stall at all.
Then this week it started all over again.
I tried disconnecting the ICV, It started with an irratic idle and almost stalled, So I don't think that sensor is the problem.
I also tried spraying TB/carb. cleaner in the throttle body, But that seemed to mak the problem worse for a couple hours.

Any suggestions?

I've read that a lot of peolpe have had this type of problem....But never a solution.
Please Help

Thanks, -Jeff

yeah, it started off just happening every once in a while the got to the point where it stalled everyyime i came to a stop. the jrsc runs off of the alt, therefore, it is not uncommon for them to wear out prematurely. go to autozone or somewhere and have them test it. also, look into the possibility of you ignition pigtail, i had some similar problems with that as well.

Ignition pigtail?

I had them test the Alternator and it came up fine, Battery...Fine, and ground was fine.
So, I'm sort of at a loss here.
I cleaned my Intake filter, Throttle body, and ICV valve last night.
The car ran worse for about an hour then smoothed out.
It's still stalling like 5 out of 10 times today, But no irratic idle anymore

Any other suggestions that I can run with?
