Actually he could get as high as 230whp... if he uses the FMU. In for a penny, in for a pound - when it comes to stupidity.
Using $4000 worth of engine/boost parts, and $10 in injectors...shouldn't you be playing with matches at the gas station instead? ****, even paying $250 for an obd1 ecu/swap, a basemap, and DSM 450's would be better.

I made 210whp on a B18c1 with an FMU.
He probably means there's not much sense in trying to tune a set up with an FMU, as much greater gains could be made with the ability to accurately adjust fuel and timing, via chipping.

My stock motor ( B18c1 ) with original injectors made 214whp @ 6psi , type r exhaust with Mugen 4-2-1 header. I will post dyno sheet when I get home.
I will be upgrading to 440's this fall along with the LHT intercooling setup looking for #'s close to 280 whp @ 9 psi ...

thanx guys i made 212 on 8 psi on a b16b... no fmu tuned on crome, and stock 240s... but then when i think about it, it might have been 310s cause the car runs stupid rich..
