JRSC VTEC Engagement Point
More of a curious post than anything...I tried to search but didn't find anything.
My friends got a b16 with JRSC and his tuner set his VTEC engagement point at 4K, he complains of a power loss right around 4K...I mentioned his Vtec point is probably too low. He said the guys from Hondata (he's running hondata) actually recommend activating VTEC as low as 3K rpm.
Don't know if this has ever been discussed here before, either way whats everyones thoughts ?
