Default JRSC question ( Forging Engine , Heat Probelms )

Howsit going...
Im in the process of building a JRSC B18CR into a DA6
I wanna run the 11PSI pully but dont no if i need to be forgin the engine to keep in running 11psi all day ???? If i do what would you guys suggest ???? And any other mods i could do why the engines stripped down to help its do this ??
Also i heard that the JRSC seams to hott up and start killing the power..... are there any ways to stop this from happening ( Race Track , Drag Strip ) Ive Seen the LHT Intercooler, but since im in New Zealand prices get right up there for postage back and forward etc etc. Ive heard about the Water/Met setup.... how does this work with conjuction with the JRSC ????
Any Info would be hugly appreciated!!!
Cheers Jason
