JRSC Question....
First off, Yeap I've searched
Now my question: I know the supercharger is reliable, but how reliable is it with the 8lb pulley? I have a friend who has a friend who said they break easily, but I dont trust friends of friends of friends lol...go figure.
Anyway, this would be professionally installed on my GS-R and Ive been looking through the classifieds at the used ones. I would need this to be a very stable system because im still in college and this is my only car I would need to be able to drive to work and school no problems.
Thanks all,
-Chris

Re: JRSC Question.... (Chrisv006)
reliable. just have to keep up on belt changes and oil changes.
gsr on stock base kit should be around 210-220, give or take a few.
on boost upgrade around 240-250, give a take a few.
i would get a water injection kit to smooth out the breaking up top cause it will happen and you can't go wrong with a hondata or uberdata.
look for low 13's when everything is all said and done. ain't the fastest but it's a fun college car.
